Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Play will increase your chances of winning, as every 10 Coins played earns an additional ticket. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry and who are legal residents of a jurisdiction where participation is not prohibited. Employees, contractors, and immediate family of the Sponsor, the partner casino, and their affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The current round runs through July 2026and closes at the time shown by the on-site countdown. Winners will be determined by random draws shortly after the timer ends. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device.

A. Play-Based Entry

Create or use an account under code YAG and play. You will receive raffle tickets at a rate of 10 Coins played through = 1 ticket. Tickets accumulate automatically and are reflected on the live leaderboard. Refunded, reversed, voided, or bonus-abusing plays may have their associated tickets removed.

B. Free Method of Entry (AMOE / Write-In)

No purchase or play is required. To enter for free, hand-write your full name, age, mailing address, email, and player account ID on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to the Sponsor at Your Average Gamblers, [SPONSOR MAILING ADDRESS — TODO]. Each valid mailed entry receives one (1) ticket. Mailed entries must be postmarked within the Sweepstakes Period and received within seven (7) days of the close. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or fraudulent entries are void. Limit one free entry per envelope.

Prizes are awarded two ways: (a) the three (3) highest-ranked eligible players by playthrough total for the round ("top playthrough") receive guaranteed cash prizes — $2,000 for 1st place, $1,000 for 2nd, and $1,000 for 3rd; and (b) two (2) additional $1,000 prizes are awarded by random draws weighted by the number of tickets held — each ticket is one chance, so more tickets means better odds, but every entrant with at least one ticket who has not already won can win, and odds depend on the total number of tickets in play at the close of the round. The drawings and awards are conducted live by Your Average Gamblers.

Five (5) cash prizes totaling $6,000: one (1) grand prize of $2,000 and four (4) prizes of $1,000 each. The top three (3) prizes ($2,000, $1,000, $1,000) are awarded to the highest-ranked players on the leaderboard; the remaining two (2) $1,000 prizes are awarded by random drawing weighted by tickets. Prizes are paid as Acebet Coins.

Prizes are non-transferable except at the Sponsor's sole discretion, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes.

Each potential winner will be notified within a reasonable period after the draw using the contact details associated with their account and/or entry, and may also be contacted through the Sponsor's public channels (for example, Instagram @youraveragegamblers). To claim a prize, the potential winner must respond and provide any requested eligibility verification and prize-fulfillment details within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within that period, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries, weighted by tickets. This process may repeat until the prize is awarded or the Sponsor elects, in its sole discretion, not to award it.

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner's consent to the use of their (censored) username, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation. Full real names are never published; usernames are displayed in censored form (e.g., "Ma***uy").

By accepting a prize, the winner grants the Sponsor and Your Average Gamblers the right to record, capture, and otherwise document any and all interactions with the winner relating to the Sweepstakes and prize, including (without limitation) the live draw, prize notification and fulfillment, gameplay, and any in-person or virtual meetings, in any format now known or later developed, including audio, video, photography, livestream, and screen capture. The winner further grants the Sponsor and Your Average Gamblers a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, publish, broadcast, monetize, and create derivative works from such recordings on any platform or medium for promotional, commercial, and entertainment (content) purposes, without further notice, approval, or compensation. The winner waives any right to inspect or approve the finished material and releases the Sponsor and Your Average Gamblers from any claim arising out of its capture or use. Where local law requires, the Sponsor may ask the winner to confirm this consent in writing before the prize is awarded, and a winner who declines may be deemed ineligible and an alternate winner drawn.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond reasonable control corrupts its integrity. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the partner casino, and their affiliates from any claim or liability arising from participation or prize acceptance. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social platform or government lottery.
